Shanae Thomas is a seasoned healthcare administrator, nonprofit strategist, and business consultant with more than 20 years of executive-level experience leading operations, compliance, workforce development, and organizational growth across healthcare, human services, and nonprofit sectors. Originally from Miami and now based in Tallahassee, Florida, she is a proud graduate of Bethune-Cookman University and the Founder of ST Business Consulting Network LLC.

Shanae brings extensive expertise in healthcare administration, including regulatory compliance, operational readiness, policy development, staffing systems, and program oversight for home care agencies, group homes, community-based providers, and nonprofit organizations. Her background includes hands-on leadership in executive operations, human resources, quality assurance, and performance management, with a strong focus on building compliant, scalable infrastructures that support long-term sustainability.

As a nonprofit expert and certified grant writer, Shanae has successfully guided organizations through nonprofit formation, board development, program design, and grant readiness.
